THE TEAM OF 7 HAS 2 PLAYERS IN 10 X 10 SQUARE. 5 OF THOSE PLAYERS CAN LEAVE THE SQUARE TO PRESS THE POSSESSION AND TRY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO WIN 3 BALLS BACK FROM THE POSSESSION TEAM. THE TEAM WITH THE LOWEST TIME WINS (AFTER SWAP).
ONCE THE PRESSING TEAM RECOVERS THE BALL, THEY PASS INTO SPARE PLAYERS. CAN ROTATE PLAYERS FOR OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE.

VARIED PASSING & RECEIVING DRILL
PLAYERS COMPLETE A SEQUENCE OF ALTERNATING YELLOW/RED MARKERS PASSING AND RECEIVING THE BALL IN A VARIETY OF DISTANCES.
PLAYERS FOLLOW THEIR PASS MUST TAKE 2 TOUCHES. ONCE THE BALL HAS BEEN PASSED FROM THE FIRST YELLOW MARKER A SECOND BALL CAN BE INTRODUCED THIRD BALL, ETC. THE FINAL PLAYER DRIBBLES THE BALL HOME. THE FIRST PLAYER INITIATES THE PLAY BY TOUCHING THE BALL THROUGH THE GATE.

3/4 X 10 X 10 BOXES WITH 10 YARDS SPACE IN BETWEEN
2 PLAYERS START AT THE POLE. ON THE COACHES WHISTLE, 1 PLAYER SPRINTS TO THE TOP GATE AND THEN TRIES TO WIN THE BALL OFF THE THREE PLAYERS IN EACH BOX AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THE PLAYER MUST COMPLETE 2 RUN-THROUGHS, THEN THE SECOND PLAYER COMPLETES TWO RUNS
