Activity
Small sided game of 5v5 plus 1 neutral if there are 11 players
Begin with each team standing in their own half and the coach passes the ball to one team. Each team tries to score 2 points by passing the ball through one of the two gates from 10 yards out. The team that passes the ball forward through a channel gets 1 point. Progress to a pass in a channel with the player running onto the ball.
Examples of constraints that can be added:
- player who loses possession must exit field and do skills on the side before re-entering field as play continues,
- 1 player (striker) of opposing team has to remain in opponents half creating an overload
