3 players passing and movement
-Players in a square area pass between each other, each space between cones is a sideline, once a player makes a pass he must look for a free sideline.

3 Zone Game
Divide your group into 3 teams. Now put each group into different colors and give them a grid. The group in the middle grid is on defense. A ball is sent into one of the wide grids and defenders are sent from the middle grid into the grid with the ball. Make X number of passes and then send the ball to the opposite end grid without allowing the defense in your grid or remaining in the middle to touch the ball.
Depending on age, skill adjust the size of grid, number of defenders putting pressure, number of passes expected for success and number of touches each person can take.

Ladder Juggling
•Have the group get into groups of 3 with 1 ball for the group.
•1 player has the ball while the other 2 are one behind the other and facing the player with the ball
•The ball is tossed to the player facing and has to be sent back to the thrower with the inside. If the player catches the ball without it hitting the ground then they get a point. The player who did the kick follows and takes the ball. The thrower goes behind the non active player and the rotation continues.
•This goes for 1 minute and the group with the most points wins. Have the winning group go to the “top of the ladder” and descend based on their scores with some form of exercise for each rung of the ladder below the winner.
•Do another juggling skill for 1 minute and continue the process. Players can be asked to control with thigh and send back with laces, control with chest back pass back, send it back straight with the head and any combination of those that the coach would like to try.

Circle Passing with Fitness
Have the group go in a circle and pass to one another. All passes muct be 1 touch and the ball can't leave the circle or stop. Goal is to do this for 3-5 minutes without a mistake. Talk to the kids about their focus and attention to detail with thier passes. The weight and direction of the pass, communication and eye contact.
