Set Up
- Box set up 30yds by 30yds.
- Inner square set up 10yds by 10yds with flat markers.
- Players split into two colours - Blues on outside of square
- Reds on inside of square with a ball each.
- Rotation after 1 minute.
Drill 1Drill 2
- Similar but this time player drives out to outside, lays a pass off and then goes close, opens leg and outside player passes through legs and players turns and collects and drives back through centre square, repeating with different wall players.
- Working for 1minute before the change.
Drill 3- As players are moving with ball through each of the options, ask them to use: inside of foot, outside of foot, fast feet, add in a turn, change of pace or change of direction.
