Instructions:
-3v3+2 neutral. White team starts the activity playing the ball to one of the targets in the freezone. Then white will attack 4V3 against red (Red step and defend as soon as the ball is played to the neutral. If red recover the ball they have to find the opposite neutral to start the attack. The defending team allways comes off.
Coaching Points:
-Deveoping the front 3 in a 4V3 situation.
-Creating the Dimond shape in attack which creats support above and underneeth

Instructions:
Freezone activity. Only the 7/9/11 can enter the freezone when there team is in possesion of the ball. There is no defending in the zone.
Coaching Points:
- Interchanging between the 3 forwards
- Getting midfielders to breaklines and find the 7,9,11
- Dofferent movement to get into the freezone

Instructions:
- The white team receiving the ball scores by utilizing the target player on the other end of the field.
- The red team can cross the mid line and start defending on the white team first touch.
- The attacking team can only score after the ball crosses the mid line and return to their half to get the ball from serving player.
- The defending team can score by getting the ball to serving player and switch to attack.
Coaching Points:
- Timing of movement of Forwards players.
- Developing a relationship between front 3
- Checking target player before and after receving the ball
- Quality and Accuracy of pass
- Keep Hips and Shoulders open to field
