Pass (5 mins)
How it works:
- Round 1: Pass through as many gates as possible in 30 seconds
- Round 2: Change partner, try and beat previous score
- Round 3: Change partner every time you pass - how many gates can YOU get in 30 seconds?
- Round 4: Coach eliminates a color, try and beat your previous score
- Receive/pass on the head of the stick (not body of the stick)

Carry w/ Pressure (5 mins)
How it works:
- 2 teams - one team starts with the ball
- Round 1: Team with the ball trying to get through as many gates as possible, team without the ball are trying to knock all of the balls out of the area
- Round 2: Defenders are trying to win the ball now (keep it in the area). Whoever has the ball is trying to dribble through gates and keep score (team score added up)
Looking for:
- Large ball movements to eliminate (bonus point for large ball movement)
- Eyes up (aware, prepare, execute)

1v1 (5 mins)
How it works:
- 1v1's (only 1 opposition defender). Keep score who wins against who?
