The white team will look to attack 3v3 vs the yellows, they will have a time limit to get a shot away or score. When the ball is dead the white team will transition and look to defend the other goal in which the black team will look to attack.
Players should look to get ahead of the ball carrier to unbalance defenders
Players should recognise to see what the ball carrier does and react accordingly, if the ball carrier drives inside a supporting players should look to make an overlapping run
If the ball carrier drives wide with the ball the furthest player should look to create width whilst another supporting player should look to play in between opposition players providing an option to split or bounce pass.
