Ball always starts from GK. Team OOP can only have one player in att 1/3 unitl GK distributes ball.
Team IP in a 2-3-2 formation, team OOP 3-3-1 (switch after each game).

ball always starts with the GK and team in possession has to have atleast 3 passes in each zone before trying to advance to next zone
eg blue team is trying to move through zone 1,2 then 3 and score to goal and red team go always opposite way to goal.
one player can join once advancing into final zone

Receiving Technical (15 mins)
Playing area: Playing will vary at coaches discretion.
Player numbers: Always two end players at each end of the playing area. Three central working players is best. You can work with four players, if this is the case pair the players and play with two balls.
Rules &/or conditions: End players pass back & forth until they are happy with the picture. One central player shows short to receive a short diagonal pass, the other central player shows long to receive a longer diagonal pass, then transfers the ball out to the opposite end players & the practice continues.
Progressions: Encourage the central players to switch sides, encourage them to find over/under lap moments.
