Organization:
40 x 60 yard area
Field divided into 1/3rds
Goals/gates on both ends
Instructions:
- Within the channels, players play 1v1 to goal.
- Players must stay in their own channel.
- One side serves the ball to start out as defender. After "x" minutes, switch service so opposite end can start as defender.
- Attacker cannot score on the goal until they cross the midway line.
Coaching Points:
- Close down (With speed or concede possession)
- Angled run to force play predictable
- Tackle ball if available (heavy touch, etc.)
- Delay or Pressure
- Choice of how to defend/retreat (Run or Jockey)

Organization:
Same set-up as prior screen
Instructions:
- Play starts with service from defender in 1 channel.
- Attackers can attack any goal (their starting channel or a different channel) and can move between channels; however, they must always have a 1v1 in each channel, cannot have a 2v1.
- Defenders must stay in their own channel, they are not allowed to cross over or change into opposite channels.
- Halfway scoring restriction is lifted.
Coaching Points:
- Communication between defenders
- Watch visual cues of attackers to make sure ball cannot get in behind.
- Decision to pressure, delay, cover, tackle

Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (rotate players)
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
