Set up:  

As shown in figuration

-5x5 square outside

-3x3 square inside 

-four cones one at each corner of both squares

-four agility zones ; ladder, jumps/hops, sprint and poles(zigzag)

Description:

Players will run diagonally and then back to starting position.  Agility work depending on zone.

Players start counter clockwise and then proceed clockwise.

Coaching points: 

  • focus on your change of pace(acceleration/deacceleration) 
  • emphasis change of direction on sprint and turning
