Set Up
Pattern to finish first time. (PROS)
Considerations - Ensure area is set up x 2 or potentially 3 to ensure all players are active.

Set Up -
Red's VS Yellow's on both halves of the pitch, overload in favor of the attacking team.
Each team will have 10 cones the color of their team, written inside each cone will be a different type of finish.
Aim of the game is to have flipped over all cones of your team's color.
If the defending team can play into one of the mini goals, they get to reverse a cone you've flipped.
3 Minute rotation between attackers and defenders of each team to ensure every player gets goal scoring opportunities.

Progression's -
Defensive players can play the ball through to their attacking half if they win the ball to create a goal scoring opportunity.
Transition from SSG to match.
Technical - Exposure to different types of finishes, using different body and foot parts. General technique execution within different finishes as well as the value of precision in the build up play to each finish to ensure goal scoring opportunities.
Tactical - Decision making within how each finish can be obtained in addition to which type of finish to take, positional awareness and understanding of how that can effect which type of finish can be suited for you, understanding roles and responsibilities as well as general strengths and weaknesses for what type of finish you might pursue.
Physical - General fitness, high intensity, momentum and power within finishes, balance and strength within physicality. Types of movements to finish and getting into goal scoring positions. Agility and acceleration within intensity and movement.
Social - Emphasis on creativity and overall enjoyment after weekend result, positive reinforcement within general communication, communication via different movements and gestures to signal what type of finish could occur. Player's to decide what type of finish they try to complete next. General team cohesion and discretion to ensure the opposition are not aware of what type of finish you need to complete.
Psychological - General problem solving and player ownership, competitive pressure, confidence within finishing. Decision making individually, within units and as a team in general.

Opposed Finishing SSG.
Yellows vs Red's, the winning team will be the team which completes the most finishes from the list below (written and ticked off on whiteboard). If the ball goes out, the team that would restart play can continue play from any ball at the side of the pitch. Yellow team's outside of the box is in reference to behind the green cones outside the playing area.

One or two magic / neutral players (Blue) to ensure attacking overload and consistent goal scoring opportunities for both team's. Start with a tighter playing area to ensure initial intensity to then manage dependent on the amount of players within the session.
