Setup:
16 players - 8 in each grid
2 playing grids
10 x 15 yards each

Activity:
The activity begins with player 1 passing and moving to receive a pass back from player 2. Player 1 then passes to player 3 and the sequence is followed as shown in the diagram. Player 4 finishes with a long pass to player 5. Each player takes up the spot at the next cone in the sequence.
Variations may be that player 1 has to dribble and evade the cones in front with a skill move and then a pass to player 3.
Teams are competing to see how many cycles they can complete in an alotted time. Each pass not through the gates to player 5 adds results in some type of penalty.

Activity:
Play begins with player at cone 2, passing to the central midfielder. The pass is then made to the winger who runs with the ball down the wing and then crosses it in to the box.
After some success, give players the creative license to make decisions on runs and where to support and pass to get the cross into the box.
The play who started the sequence then takes up the spot of the central midfielder.
Each restart will alternate the wing of play.
Rotate the players into different positions are a few attempts in that position.

Setup:
6 rows of cones
6 players in each line.
5 at starting cone and 1 at last cone. Starting player and player at last cone has a ball.
Instruction:
Player 1 dribbles through cones and then runs with the ball to the cone about 10 yards away. Player 1 turns and makes a pass down the line back to starting line. Player 1 turns to receive pass from player 3, and then passes back to player 3, with one touch or two touch (based on skill of individual player). Player 3 receives pass, stops the ball at the cone, and then runs down the line to the starting cone (without the ball), where player 1 started circuit.
Coaching Points:
High intensity to warm up. Players waiting at starting cone should be 2m apart.
Step into ball to receive pass. Stay on balls of feet when receiving pass.
Weight of pass, body over ball when striking ball
