Training Session Objectives:
- Learn to apply Rhythm & Tempo though possesion.
- Ability to create numerical superiority.
- One touch play is key throughout the session.
- High Pressing/ High Intensity. The entire session needs to have these two elements.

Organization:
1. 8 Players in each Station.
2. Stack of balls.
3. Size - 18x18
Instructions:
1. Players will be involve in passing pattern activity.
2. P1 will pass to P2
3. P3 will open up to recieve to connect with P4.
4. P4 will pass with P5.
5. P5 will take a 1st touch to connect a pass to the next player at the starting point.
6. Everyone will follow their pass.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive 1st Touch - Cushion the ball - Locked Ankle.
2. Eye Contact - Awareness of your surrounding and ready to execute next action.
3. Side-on Position - Open hips to view the field and facing next target player.
4. Technical Sharpness- Ankle Locked to distribute with firmness and pace.
5. Movement - Recognition when to support off the ball to connect.

1. Set up as shown (12x12yds grids) - 6 grids.
2. 15 players.
3. THREE teams.
Instructions:
1. Players pass the ball in a number sequence. 1 THRU 5.
2. Player 1 makes run into OPEN grid, play continues in that grid.
3. Only ONE team can play in a grid at once.
4. TWO touch max.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability to possess and retain the ball by circulating.
2. Open hips up and ready distribute (Body Shape).
3. Ability to play pass with PACE. Speed of pass = Speed of Game.
4. Checking over shoulder to constantly look for the next supporting player.
5. Ability to play a pass with communication behind it Where? How? What to do after the pass?
6. Speed of transition is key to success: STAY FOCUS!

Organization:
1. Area as shown (36ydsx24yds)
2. Six zones of 12x12yds.
3. 16-18 players.
Instructions:
1. 7v7 + 2 neutrals.
2. One player per zone, Two players start in central zone. Neutral players can move anywhere in grids.
3. Players work on creating overloads. Attacking team can send ONE players into each zone.
4. One point for 6 passes - Progress to 10 passes.
Coaching Points:
1. Checking over shoulder - Scanning the field.
2. Cushion 1st touch in tight areas/ beat defender with first touch.
3. Ability to play a one touch pass - Ideas before receiving - quick feet, body position before receiving - correct contact on the ball (use momentum of pass) - Low follow through.

Progressions:
1. One defender can join to help in grid.

1. Players play 8v8 to goals.
2. Central zone is ONE TOUCH ZONE for ALL players.

4. Final third is UNLIMITED TOUCH ZONE.
