Set up

5v5 in middle third.

Team has to complete an agreed amount of passes.

When done, they can attack either goal but once a team has entered the 'ATTACK ZONE' they have to keep attacking that zone.

The defence can win the ball back and counter-attack the opposite goal.

The game is played to a conclusion. Goal or ball goes out of play.

If the ball goes out of possession via the red lines then the coach plays another ball in from the side.

If the ball goes out for a kick in from the side lines then play restarts with a kick in.
