Attacker : Objective is to beat the defender on a 1 v 1 and dribble to the end line.
Defender: Objective not allow the attacker pass , tackle on the ball , transistion to defend.
Press:
Coaching Points: Start out without the defenders tacking , after 2 to 3 iterations demostrate how to tackle on the ball and introduce the tackle.

Defenders
- 1st Defender Press

Cover
Call for backup , the persons jib is to anticipate the 1st defenders getting beat and be there to steal the ball away. Scan , be awarey of the attackers postions and anticipate the tigger points for the attacker to attack.
Coaching Point: If pressing defender is beaten by attacker , perform recovery run the provide cover.

15 m * 10 m : Pressure , Cover , Balance : Coach Balance
Attackers Attack with the ball with the objective to score in either small goal.
Defenders Provide Pressure , Cover , Balance. If the defender win the ball they transisition to attack and can score in either small goal.
Balance Drop behind Pressure and Cover , Balance always protects the goal to prevent the other team from scoring.
Coaching Point Ball watching is a sin. Teach players to scan the field: locate the ball, locate an opponent. Stay goal side of that opponent.
