Lost in Space
Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area, set up as shown
2.1 ball per player
3.Disc cones (different colors)
4.Tall cones (different colors)
Story/Description:
1.The players are Starships flying their spacecraft (ball) around the sun (yellow circle)
2.When the coach shouts out a planet (cone) the Starship must fly around that planet as fast as they can
3.Each planet is a different color
Coaching Points:
1.Don’t let your ball go out of the galaxy (area) otherwise you may get lost in space forever
2.Head up
3.Little kicks as you dribble your ball
Developments:
1.Start with ball in hand and progress to dribbling
2.The coach stands behind the planet they want the Starships to fly around
3.Progress to dribbling around two planets
4.Name each planet, the players must try and remember the name of that planet as they dribble their ball

Madagascar NYC Zoo
Organization:
1.20 x 20 yard area, set up as shown
2.1 ball per player
3.Tall cones
Story/Description:
1.Alex the Lion (coach) and all his friends live in the Zoo in New York City
2.When Alex calls out an animal the players must become that animal making the correct movements and sounds
3.The Zoo has all types of animals – Giraffes, Monkeys, Penguins, Cows, Sheep, Elephants, they even have chickens!
Coaching Points:
1.Keep your head up so that you don’t bump into other animals
2.Four legged animals have to move on four legs!
3.Don’t forget to make the correct animal sound
Developments:
1.Add the ball
2.The animals now look to escape to Connecticut by breaking out of the zoo and jumping over the bars (tall cones)

Story/Description:
1.Each pirate (player) has a ship (ball)
2.Their task is to sail around as many different islands (cones) as they can in order to get gold coins
3.Pirates have 30 second to get as many coins as they can
4.If a ship gets stuck on an island (ball hitting a cone), they must call for the captain (coach) to come and fix their ship
5.If another pirate ship comes close, they can fire the cannons on them (kick the other players ball away)
Coaching Points:
1.Keep your ship close to you
2.Watch out for other ships and islands
3.Sail as fast as you can
Developments:
1.P – If captain yells “Scrub the deck” all pirates must use the sole of their foot to scrub the deck (ball)
2.P – If the captain (coach) yells “hoist the sail” all pirates must throw their sail (ball) in the air and catch it
3.P – Sharks (coach) also live in the ocean and can attack at any time. All pirates must get back to the dock if there is a shark attack
4.P – The islands have now turned into treasure and the pirates have to sail out to get it. The pirates like to wear the treasure as bangles, earrings and crowns
