Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-Remove smaller grid.
-Players split into 3's
Exercise:
-Same principles as previous exercise but this time play 3v3.
-Play 3 minute phases and switch groups so all face each other twice.

-Pressing as a group to force errors.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-30x20 grid with additional 5 yard scoring zones.
-Split teams into 4's or 5's
Exercise:
-Play 5 minute games.
-Team in possession aims to get ball into opposition scoring zone under control.
-Team out possession must press their opponents and win possession and counter attack.
-One player from team out of possession must stay in own half.
Key Points:
-Cut off opponents angles to get ball into defensive half and scoring zones.
-If goal scored the team who scored must retreat to own half and can only press when opposition play ball out of scoring zone.

Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-2 large goals 1 at end and other inside same half. Cone off width of 6 yard box.
-Split players into 3 groups.
Exercise:
-On coach call first player in each groups moves into the pitch.
-Red and blue must sprint in and touch goalposts.
-Coach serves ball to a team.
-Play 2v2 with 2 common players.
-Play restarts if ball goes out of play or goal.
-Play 5 minutes then switch teams roles.

Time: 30 minutes
Organisation:
-Half pitch width of 18yard box.
-Split into 3 even teams with 2 inside and 1 outside.
Exercise:
-Play 5 minute games.
-Play high tempo game.
-Team in possession can use players outside the area as common players.
-If common player receives ball by byline from attacking team they cross into the box.
-Rotate so all teams play each other twice.

Organisation:
-Set up a 20x20 grid with a smaller 10x10 grid inside. (Use different colour cones for middle grid to out).
-Split players into 3 even groups.
-2 players inside grid others outside.
Exercise:
-Ball is played into the grid.
-The 2 players in middle play 1v1.
-Player without the ball must press and try and win the ball quickly.
-Player in possession can use the players on the outside of the grid to pass and receive.
-Play fro 60 seconds.
-Player who has possession after 60 seconds wins the tie.
-Switch players so all get a go.
-Do this twice.

-Harass and press your opponent.
