Organisation
Same area as before (approx 15x18) dependant on pitch width.
How to Play
2 balls at the same time starting from opposite corners.
Players pass and follow, in the direction of the arrows.
Once the pass has been made, players accelerate and decelerate.
Change direction and increase pace of runs.

Phase 3
Organisation
Set up as shown, with 2 players in the middle (usually ones who play next to each other).
How to Play
Start with a square pass from grey to grey - passes shown as black dotted lines - runs by red lines.
Players in the middle must combine to play out to either of the runners.
Repeat from the opposite end.

Phase 4
Organisation
Same area as the last practice.
Play a SSG, in this case Line Ball, teams score by taking the ball over the end line under control.

Alternative SSG
Same area with a coned square in the middle.
One player from each team in the square - try to pass to the middle player then take his place.

Phase 1
I usually use the area in the corner of the pitch, between the touchline and the 18 yard box line.
All players start with a ball and dribble around the area doing stops and turns etc.
Dynamic flexibility at the players discretion.
Phase 2
Take away half the balls and now introduce passing and receiving.
- Reminders to players about making eye contact, touch in to space etc.
