Set Up:
30x30m grid
4 x poles positioned in corners
4 x flat discs evenly spread around outside of grid
1 x flat disc flat in the centre
Explanation:
1 ball for each team, with one team going one way and the other team going the other way. Ball is played from one side to the other with each player getting a touch in the middle of the square before it's played to the other side. Player who plays the ball to the outside, then swaps with that player.
Coaching Points:
Can you receive the ball facing forwards. Players not in possession to clear the passing lanes for player in possession. Don't all bunch up, each player to have spacial awareness and not encroach on each others space

Divide pitch into 4 squares
1 ball between two teams

Set Up:
Half pitch with mini goals at halfway.
Explanation:
Coach feeds the ball in to one of the blue centre backs. Blue keeps possession and waits for an opportunity to play through the middle by combining the 6,8,10 and 9.
Coaching Points:
Can the 6,8,10 receive the ball facing forward.
Can the 9 work off the shoulders of the two centre halves

Set Up:
4 x poles in a diamond shape outside of box
Explanation:
The ball starts at one of the wide attackers, who plays into the #10 and then sprints into the center to support the next pass underneath the center forward. After every pass, the attackers are sprinting into a new position and ideally it results in a wide cross with two players in the box and one attacker on the edge of the box. The next set then works the other way.

2 x balls in play starting from opposite corners. Ball from outside corner is played diagonally into corner of centre square and follow pass. Then short pass to other player in centre square, who then plays a diagonal ball to next outside of grid player.
