Xavi Square

Blue team starts in the middle, white team on the outside with balls

For 45 seconds, blue team must exit the sqaure complete a pass with the player on the outside

Once the pass is complete, the player must jog back into the square and find another pass, but exiting the square through a different side.

After 45 seconds players will switch.

Progression:

-One touch passing

-2 touch with first touch across the body

-2 touch with first touch outside the foot

- Toss to thigh, trap and volley back

-Toss to chest, trap and volley back

4 versus 4 possession game with 4 neutral players on the outside

Every 5 passes is a point

After three points or 3 minutes, the losing team switches out and becomes neutral. If 3 minutes is reached, the team that has been in longer switches out.

Passes to the neutral players do count
