Over the River Possession to Penetrate:
Rules:
-Team with the ball is on the outside
-Team with the ball can get a point by connecting 5 passes and then playing the ball across to the team on the other side
-Team in the middle can send one defender to go press the ball while the other 3 stay in the middle and try to prvent the ball from switching to the other side
-If team in the middle wins the ball or kicks the ball out of bounds, they swtich with the team on the outside
CP's:
-Sharp passing
-Moving to create good passing angles
-Patience with the ball (only try to penetrate if it is open, don't force it)
-defensive team denying ball across, awareness from middle players
-movement/awareness from team on the other side of the grid (ready and getting open for the ball)

3v3 from end line
Defending team has to send one player to be a recovering defender.

Make the field big, emphasis on value the ball. Don't force the ball forward, constantly giving angles from the back line.
