Set up:
Players pair up and are set up across the field in channels. Each channel has two target nets (one on either end) and two "area" cones.
Instructions:
Players take turns (best of 5 tries each) in being the attacking player. In between the "area" cones the defender cannot threaten the ball. The attacking player will make creative moves in the "area" until she decides to attack one of the two goals. Once the player leaves the "area" cones they must attack the net in that directlon and the defender can then threaten the ball.
Coaching points:
Creativity. Keep eye on defender and their direction. Attitude

Set up:
Players split into 3 different teams . Working area is the same as the initial game.
Instructions:
Two teams work together as the Attacking team. Which ever team loses possession becomes the defending team, but must first leave the working area completely and tag the ground before re-entering. This will allow the two new attacking teams to reset themselves.
Coaching points:
Movement with the ball. Movement off the ball. Open up to field of play. First touch away from pressure.

Initial Game - 6 v 3 (20 mins)
Set up:
Field spit in half. Try to err on the side of larger to promote enough space for attackers. Players split into two groups. Assign 3 players initially with pinnies to be defenders. Extra balls should be placed around the parimeter to min stoppages.
Instructions:
Essentially Keep away or Rondo. Attacklng players try to maintain possession for as long as possible. Defenders switch around every 5 min. Defenders are initially asked to go at 60%, then 80%, then full tilt.
Coaching points:
Patience. Take what the defenders give you. Support player, support the ball. Use the full space. Encourage creativity.
Progressions:
1. Number players in each working area and call out numbers to become defenders in the other working area.
