This session is intended to improve the speed of play throughout the thirds.

Organization: Organize teams of 4 on a 20 x 20 yard grid with a pugg goal on each of the 4 outside lines.
Instructions: Teams play 4 v 4 on all 4 goals, and the attacking team remains in possession after scoring. Attackers must go to a new goal every possession.
Coaching Points: Combination play.

Organization: 6 v 6 v 6 in the penalty box.
Instructions: two teams start together on a team, and they must keep possession from the other team in the penalty box. If a team loses possession of the ball, that team then becomes the defending team. Phase 2 - 6 v 6 +6 (and neutral team moves to the outside of the box) teams can now score a point for every 15 touches. The first team to 5 points wins.
Coaching Points: weight/direction of pass to set up multiple combinations, communication in tight spaces

Organization: Set up a mini goal on each side of a 30 x 30 yard field. Each team has 4 players in the field, and 3 players outside of the field. The 3rd team from the previous exercise starts with a water break, every 5 minutes we switch who gets the water break.
Instructions: Teams play 4 v 4 on all four goals. Outside and neutral players are restricted to 1 touch, all other players gets two touches.
Coaching Points: Rhythm order: pass, move, suport, switch the play. Quick combinations to find open spaces
