- Pair Up, 1 soccer ball, 1 cone.
- Cone 10-30 yards apart (dependent on level)
Player 1 chips ball to their teammate, teammate has 1 touch to stop the ball closest to the cone. Other team goes, whoever is closer gets a point.
- Winners Up/Losers down after timed interval (3min)
Coaching Points: Emphasis on ability to Chip a ball with height/backspin
- Toe Down/Ankle Locked
- Open Hips/Lean Back
- Hit under the ball/point of contact low, to generate high ball flight/backspin.
Regressions: Move cones closer/can play the ball on ground for younger groups.
Progression: Move cones further away.

Setup- 2 Teams, Goals fairly close
Team 1 shoots on GK, after you shoot, you become goalie.
Team 2 can go as soon as team 1 shoots the ball, encourage quick shots to catch keeper out of position.
Ball must be shot before the middle line to count.
Coaching Points:
Use different types of shots based on where keeper is.
Move goals closer if there aren't opportunities for quick shots.
