Warm Up

Players with a ball each practicing their skills and turns and dribbling using different parts of the foot.

Concentrate particularly on the sole of the foot and keeping the ball close and under control.

Transition Game

Blacks start the game as set out in picture and play 3v3 against the Blues on half the court only.

If Blacks score, they receive the ball back from the GK and now attack the Reds, 3v3, on the opposite half of the court.

If the defending team win the ball, they now attack the team in waiting onthe opposite half of the court.

Coaching Points:

Make sure the team in waiting is ready to defend.

Can the defending team counter attack quickly after the transition.

End with a SSG, 5v5 with rolling subs
