Organization:
A 20x15 yard area
1v1 (2v2) and 2 goals
1 ball ( extra around)
Instructions:
1. Teams play 2v2 (But they must play in 1v1 in their grid)
2. The game starts by the defending player passing to the attacking team. They must beat defenders to score (no shooting directly to the goal)
3. Defenders must avoid penetration on a 1v1. If they win possession, they can score on the opposite goal.
Coaching Points:
1). Presure (Recap) - Speed and angle of approach
(Where should defender to force play 1st attacker?
Key: Force attacker inside in attacking half. Force attacker outside in defending half
2). End Product. Transition to attack
Progression:
Defender get an extra point if Attackers make a squared or back pass.

Organization:
3 Fields, 3 goals
1v1
Instructions:
Defender pass the ball to attackers. It will be a 1v1 on each small field but 3v3 overall.
Defenders can´t cross vertical lines.
If they win possession, they become the attacking team.
Rotate teams after 5-8 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1) Angle of approach - deny penetration and force attackers one way.
2) Anticipation, Deflection, Delay
3) No stabbing
4) End Product - Transition to attack
