Organisation
- Half 11-a-side pitch split into two halves
- 16 Players
- Both teams setup in a 1-2-3-2
- Ball starts with either GK, play out to any team-mate.
- Work the ball towards opposition goal.
- When/if the ball crosses half way line;
- defending team can only have 4 players in defensive half (incl. GK)
- attacking players have free roam into attacking half to create overload.
- try to score
- Defenders will be outnumbered. Defend and try to win ball back. If possession is regained, can you counter attacker.
- Half way line conditions are live for both teams

- Decision making; to make a tackle, jockey, force.

- Defensive roles; press and balance/cover
- Distance between defenders

- Physical considerations; speed, strength.
- Effective and informative communication
- If regain possession, how can we break?
- Attackers must consider positioning and balance even with ball in case of possession transition, don't be vulnerable against the counter.
- Triggers of when to press; ball played backwards, poor touch.

Organisation
- Coach defenders, manage attackers
- Half 11-a-side pitch split into thirds
- 14 Players
- 3 Attackers v 2 Defenders and 1 GK in end thirds
- 2 Servers in central third
- Servers play into any of the 3 attackers and they have 30 seconds to score.
- Server to play a support role for the attackers but has to stay in the central third
- 2 defenders to try prevent the attackers scoring by; att running out of time, forced out of play, dispossed.
- If defenders win ball back, can they play back into server.
- If ball/play dead, start back with server.
- Swap player job roles every 4/5 cycles
