Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): 1v1 TEAM GAME

1v1 TEAM GAME (DRIBBLING & RUNNING WITH THE BALL GAME )

RULES :

- A split group for two teams ( 4 attackers RED & 4 defenders BLUE )

- 16 footballs in the middle square and each attacker starts in the middle

- Fetch one football per time and attack one of the mini-goals, where BLUE act as a defender

- BLUE needs to stay 1 yard off the line 

- Each attacker have to attack all defenders ( 4 balls per player / 16 balls per team ) 

- Rotate roles and count goals scored, a team who scored more is a winner 

PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS :

- Add an element of competition for attackers by focusing on an attacker who scored the most goals. 

- Add time limit, e.g 5 seconds to score
