Reds will set up in a 2-1-4-1 formation whereas yellows will play 3-2-1-2. Yellows will attack the goal which has been brought up to the back edge of the centre circle.
If Reds can recreate any pattern from the drill and score they will be awarded five goals. (target and challnges) Yellows are looking to score in any way they can from transition within 8 seconds.

7 + 10 – timing of run

Set up:
Reds will attempt to play combination play between 6,9,8 and 11 before a cross comes in to the box. 7 and 10 will make up numbers in the box to score. The reds will work the left side for 4 minutes and then laterally on the right side for 4 minutes before creating their own patterns for 5 minutes.
