The Session - SSG - Line Soccer
Have two end zones that the attacking team have to either dribble or pass into.

The Session - 20 x 15 yards - 10 players
4 v 4/ (5 v5 or 6v6 (+3) in the area plus the two neutrals in the neutral zone. The 4 players on one team look to posses the ball and can use the neutral players to do so.
Defending team can only send one player into the neutral zone to press.
Ball starts from the coach if it goes out.
Players have unlimited touches.
Progressions -

The Session: Half Field
Objectives:To get midfield players free
1 passes to 2 who opens out and passes to 3.
6 comes short and receives a long forward pass from 3.
6 then passes out wide to 5.
4 exploits the space left by 6.
5 puts him through on goal and 4 can Shoot
Players follow their pass

The Session :
Passing & movement to give a variety of players goalscoring opportunities.- Getting wide players free
1 plays to 2 who moves away then shows.
2 opens out and plays to 3 who plays a long pass into 6.
6 sets 4 .
5 exploits the space left by 6 and receives a pass from 4.
5 dribbles and has a strike at goal.
(All players follow their pass and keep
rotating)

Easy jog 35 yards - 60% (backpedal to start)
