Setup:
Cones to mark out circle
10 to 12 players with 3 to 4 players in the centre square and remainder on edge of circle with a ball each.
Instruction:
Players in centre square call for the ball and receive a pass from the outer edge players, then make a pass back. Begin with a 2 touch and then progress to 1 touch. After the pass back, the players in the centre square link up with a different player.
Switch inside players every 2 minutes.
Focus:
Quick movement forward checking in to receive ball.
Centre player needs to be communicating asking for ball
Good first touch and pass back
High intensity

Setup:
12 players - 6 per team, including 2 goal keepers
60 x 25 playing area with cones marking out 3 zones - end zones at 15 X 25 and middle at 30 x 25.
Each attacking third has 1 attacker and 2 defenders. Middle third has 2 v 2.
Instruction:
The objective is for the team in possession to create an overload in a zone to create an advantage and score on goal. An overload can only be created by one player - either the player in possession or another player with a supporting run into the next zone. When defending, the players must return to their own zones.

Quick 1 touch plays to move ball forward
Making decisions prior to receiving the ball

Instructions
Play starts 1v1 inside the box. The coach can be creative in getting the game started - players race around playing area, start in centre and run and touch a cone, 10 jumping jacks - before running to ball. The objective is to pass the ball to a team mate waiting on the outside and coach creates rules to activate the player - one touch pass back or dribble in.
First team with all players inside box wins, then start over.
No defending by players on outside.
Coaching Points
Possession, creating space, one touch passing, 1st touch control, 1st touch decision.

Setup:
7v7 with one team wearing bibs.
Retreat line cone set at 1/3.
Set formation.
Instruction:
1 point for every 5 consecutive passes in middle third.
A goal scored gets 1 point.
