Pass, Move, Attack (in pairs)
- players pass & move around the area
- encourage dribbling and passing with all surfaces of both feet
- ball and player moving at all times
- encourage players to pass and move between the other teams (through balls / 1-2's etc)
On coaches call:
#1 10 x short 1-touch passes
#2: 10 x short roll passes (sole of foot)
#3: ATTACK! Play for 20-30 seconds, player with ball at the end wins!

4v4 + 4 (20 passes game!)
Split group in to 3 equal groups.
- Two teams in the middle playing against each other
- Outside players play for the team in possession
The 1st team to do 20 passes wins! Passes accumulate (don't have to be consecutive).
Swap roles so each team has a turn on the outside.

Small Sided Game
Play 4v4. Extra players can play on the outside for the team in possession.
Progression
- One touch finish
- Complete at set amount of passes before attempting to score
- Pass to outside player and score equals 2 goals

Passing warm-up:
1: Short 1-touch passing back & forth
- insides
- laces
- sole
- Volley (vary combination)
2: Medium range passing
- receive with one foot, pass wit other
- different surfaces to receive & pass
3: Medium/long range passing / dribbling
- dribble half way and pass (move back to your line)
- use a variety of different passes
4: Touch & Pass (YOUTH ONLY!)
- player receiving touches for partner to make long pass
