1. Players go in pairs. Leaning against each other moving towards the coach
2. Coach calls a colour of one of the 2 coloured gates in front of them,
3. players must then react and race to that gate.
Progression (without ball)
4. Chose anyone of the 4 coloured gates.
5. add speed rings for each player at start (2 each and one offset to the other so they get there first) coach then fires a ball in and the player with the ball has to hold the other player off util coach calls a colour gate to dribble through.
