Animals (10 mins)
Organization:
- Each player has a ball each
Instructions:
- Make it like an adventure for them (story tell - what can they find in the jungle?)
- Cheetah (Super Fast), Elephant (Slow), Monkey (Fast)
- Climb the tree=toe taps, Swing from tree to tree=sole role, slither like a snake=inside inside
- Introduce the outside cut turn
Coaching Points:
- Show them how to stop a ball
- Technical breakdown of dribbling and foundation moves mentioned above
- Head up + looking for space

Kung Fu Panda (10 mins)
Organization:
- Area adjusted accordingly
- 1 ball between 2 players, standing 5 feet apart
Instructions:
- They take turn to pass the ball through their opponents legs. If successful they shout KARATE CHOP and the player with the most wins
Coaching Points:
- Technical break down of a pass (Standing foot next to the ball, inside of foot, lock ankle, hit the middle of the ball, follow through)

Golden Egg (10 mins)
Organization:
- Area adjusted accordingly
Instructions:
- Players are split in to 2 teams
- 1 at a time they run to the middle and steal an egg (ball). They can only take 1 ball at a time
- Whoever has the most at the end wins
Progression - they can steal from each other once all the balls are gone
Coaching Points:
- Keep ball close as they turn
- Change speed + direction
- Technical breakdown of dribbling + turning
