Setup:
60x40 grid split in half
Big goals on ends, 2 small goals at half as shown.
2 teams
Activity:
2v2 Flying changes where one team scores in big goal (with GK) and other scores in counter goals.
Ball always comes in off a throw-in from side (both teams).
If GK saves ball, it's still in play (play out).
Middle team should switch up the side they are attacking against each time to vary who they match up with.
Play for 7 minutes and then teams switch roles. Also switch GKs.
**Record top 3-5 scores (individual) for 2v2s
**GKs keep track of goal given up (least gets a point)

Big goal as wide as normal field
Activity:
Each team gets 10 corner kicks to try to score (no short corners).
Attacking team has one kicker and 5 in the box.
Defending team has 1 GK + 5 defenders in box.
3rd team positions around the 18 yard box for rebounds.
Winner is the team that allows the LEAST goals.
