Set Up: Size and numbers will vary, but roughly 30 x 15 field, balls, pinnies and cones.
Organization: Two teams of 6 play in each half. If whites have possession, 10 passes is a goal and 2 blacks can go in and try to win the ball back. If blacks win the ball they have to transfer it into their half of the pitch and go and support. 2 white defenders can then go in and try to win the ball. Variations: [1] can ad targets on each end to play as neutrals, [2] limit touches, [3] add another defender after a certain amount of passes
Coaching Points: passing and receieving skills, transition mentality, quick movement off ball, weight and sccuracy of passes, completing first pass after winning ball, defensive shape

Set Up: 30 x 30 area, balls, pinnies, cones. This game should end with the players playing predominantly one and two touch, without the coach having to put those restrictions on the game. Very little dribbling/turning.
Organization: 4 Reds v 4 Blues, + 3 Neutral Yellows. No player is restricted in where they can go. The key to success for the team in possession ( Whites at the moment ) is to maintain their discipline and stay roughly between the two cones as indicated. This way the player with the ball will have more options. More triangles are created and the 4 defenders ( Blues at the moment ) should struggle to regain possession. As soon as the defending team make a regain the game continues and they should make their way to the gaps between the cones as quickly as possible.Variation: [1] add goals to attack for team who wins the ball, [2] limit touches
Coaching Points: passing and receiving, defensive shape and pressure, communication, transition elements, mentality, focus

Set Up: Field is roughly 70 yards wide, divided into 3 zones, with the central zone a little bigger than the offensive and defensive third, balls, pinnies, mannequins, cones
Organization: One team will play possession in the middle while the other team will press and defend. Once they win the ball, they can attack by playing into the final third, either to the neutral striker, or by playing a pass onto a runner, using the line as an offsides line. Focus on winning the ball and getting the ball forward in order to take advantage of a numebrs up situation. Defenders can defend once the ball is played into the final third. Every transition should end up with a shot on goal. Once you attack on goal, you become the possession team. Variation: [1] add defenders in defesnive third, [2] limit touches on offense, [3] time to get shot off [4] Remove restrictions and open to free play
Coaching Points: shape to win the ball, communication, mentality, pressing principles, transition to attack, complete first pass, initiate counter attack

Set Up: Size of field and umber of players, but players are divided into two even teams. Dependent upon desired outcome, you can adjust for your needs and level. Balls, pinnies and cones needed.
Organization: Team in possession [black] have all players inside the box. Team without the ball will have at least 2 players on outside of box, and the remainder of players defending inside box. The attacking team maintains possession and gains a point for every 6 consecutive passes. If the defending team wins the ball, they look to play out to one of the players on outside, and that signals full change of psession, and those players come into the box, and at least 2 players from team who lost ball exit the box and get ready on side.
Variations: [1] neutral player, [2] touch limit in possession, [3] change numbers on outside of box.
Coaching Points: Defensive pressure, decision making, accuracy of passes, quick transition, mentality, raising core temperature.
