Blue score a point by getting the ball from one yellow to the other 

Red scores by winning possession and scoring in any Pugg goal. All blue players try to prevent red scoring and red can use yellow players to help score

First to 3 goals wins then swap roles

GK or central outfield player used for yellow role

9 1 v1 area 40 x 15 no offside initially 

Ball starts centrally, the team in possession attempts to get the ball into the 9

Once the 9 receives the ball game opens with central and wide runners and off side is enforced.

Encourage combination play, give and gos and 3rd man runs especially.

Game continues to play until the ball is dead & restarts centrally
