Overloading the opponent - Possessional game (30 mins)
Possessional game focused on the build-up against different number of strikers.
Simple rules, if the team in the block will press with 1 central striker, we'll have 2CBs. As soon as the team against us will bring 2 strikers, we'll change to 3CBs in our build-up.
Rules: Only specific players can move between the zones: 1 midfielder into the last third to create 2 pressing strikers. Full backs to create needed numbers in the middle zone, Striker can overload the middle zone if the team in possession.
