Set Up
40x30 yard area. Split into10:20:10. Goal at each end.
Rules and Conditions
2 teams. Team keeps possession in their area. Every 4 passes, a new defender can join the area. Team with possession looking for opportunities to get the ball to their center forward in the end zone. When the ball is played into CF, go 1v1 to goal.
Progression
Allow midfielders to break out when ball is oplayed into the striker to add attacking support.
