Passing Pattern
Set Up
Pass the ball to your team mate and follow your pass
player before receiving the ball should check off and creat space to recieve
Progressions
1-2 with the player around the pole then pass it to the next player
use two balls to have less waiting time to increase the tempo
Punch the ball in and try to play using one touch (2 touch max)

Team Rondos
Set Up
one group in the middle with all other groups together in a circle around them. outside teams work together. When the team in the middle wins the ball they then replace the positions of the team they won the ball from.
constantly changing the teams in the middle, every time the ball is given away.
Progressions
-limit touches to keep the ball flowing
-target for players on the outside to reach and if they do the team in the middle stay in for another go.
Key Points
- combine with short options to draw defender to use the space to play around them.

Set Up
Two teams set up on the right side of each goal.
Players have to dribble past the red zone before shooting
first player gets a free shot on goal.
As soon as player shoots the player from opposigin team can dribble to score .
player than has just shot must now react quickly to track attacking player and stop the goal.
Progressions
If defending player makes a tackle they can then go and score in opposition goal.
