Organization: 3 rows by 4 channels are set up with 5 yard boxes. 1 player is allowed in each box.
Instructions: The teams on the outside move the ball 2 touch, and try to find passes through the middle of the defending team. The middle team must adjust the formation and deny passes going through the middle of the formation. The defensive team is looking to intercept passes to get out of the middle areas, and the team who has a pass intercepted goes to the middle.

Organization: 7 v 4 possession vs goalscoring
Instructions: White team tries to keep possession and scores by switching the point of attack. Blue team has two players in the middle and one on each of the outside zones, if blue wins the ball they may go directly to the goal the white team is defending.
Coaching Points: Attacking team shape, Transitioning back and forth between attacking shape and defending shape

Instructions: Adding gates for the white team to score on. The white team must keep possession of the ball, and score by playing a pass through the gate to teammate running through the gate. If/When the Blue team wins the ball they must score on the goal White is defending.

Organization: 5 blue cones, 5 yellow cones, 2 red cones, team split into 2 groups which face each other.
Instructions: Players must keep the ball moving with passes back and forth from each line. After their pass the players must run to their color cone and are instructed which type of footwork they need to do through the cones, run around the red cone, and are then instructed which type of calisthenics to preform while heading back to their origional passing line
