Set up:
Team split up into groups of 3-5. One group has goalkeepers.
Organization
White is looking to shoot at goal. Defender is looking to block shot and then counter attack. If white scores they get a point and then red dribbles in with a secondary ball to play for another point. If red blocks as in intended the game becomes a 1v1. In the event white missing completely red dribbles a new ball in.
One group has the goalkeepers. In this the goalkeeper attempts to save the ball and then distribute. In the event of a goal or a complete miss. Red dribbles a new ball in.

Find space early to get away.

Set-Up
As seen in picture. It is a 4v3 then a 4v5. The rest of the team are doing a rondo off the field.
Organization
Coach plays the first ball to keeper. Team will then transit from defensive shape to attacking shape. Red aim to score in the pug goals or get the ball back to the coach.
Once the ball is scored, received by coach or kicked out of bounds the next ball comes in to white who play 5v4 (8 and 10 join in now) against red. White aim to score on big goal. Red look to delay the opponent get numbers behind the ball and show how to defend with urgency in an emergency.
Coaching Points
Nearest player presses ball to try and delay and deny space
All other players drop into position
Decision making: When to commit to the challenge or just deny space or delay.

Set-Up
7v5 to 3 counter goals. Other players in a rondo.
Organization
Coach plays first ball into keeper. Red must transit from defensive shape to attacking shape. Red then play 7 (GK, Back 4, 6 and 8 - 10 is used as height but can not enter the field) vs White 5 (11, 9, 7, 10 and 8 or 6 - only one of 8 and 6 can enter). Red attempt to score on the pug nets. Get two points of they connect with 10 and score.
White aim is to win possession and go to goal.
Second ball when a goal is scored or ball leaves the field is played into white. Red must defend with 7 against whites 7. Fullback can enter on attack but only one at a time.

Set up
Players set up using cones as above.
Organization
Coach passes the ball into anyone. Both teams must then adjust from here. From this moment it is a regular game. Each time the ball goes out it starts from the coach with everyone going back to their cone. Finish with the last 20 minutes as a regular game and regular rules.

All of points portrayed throughout the session should be enforced in a game situation.
