Method:Red team look to build and maintain good quality possession, with aim to get the ball into the end zone for striker to play 1v1(+2) with aim to score in either goal, where bouncers have 2 touches. Once ball is played into the end zone, a runner can join in to overload defender even further.
Coaching Points: Striker should arc runs to ensure correct body shape to receive and shield from the defender, look to score quickly, be patient in possession, encourage rotations in the middle, quality of suppport- angles to receive, speed of play.

Method: Focus is on build up play out from the back via the goalkeeper, before breaking into attacking areas of the pitch. To break into the attacking area, player in possession can either dribbling into the zone, pass into the striker feet and join the play, or pass the ball to feet or into the path of a runner from deep. Bouncers out wide have 2 touch, end man bouncer has one touch.
Coaching Points: speed of play, decision making, when to play forward/pass or dribble, positive in possession, take shooting opportunities early, angles/movements to receive to successfully play out, use different ways to break into the attacking zone to full advantage.
