Players look to break out the middle 1/3rd and attack the goal at the end. Green players act as sweepers and play the ball out from the back. Players can only tackle the player they are matched up to. Therefore, players must stay goal side and sit off when the ball is in the sweeper area and press on;
- a bad touch
- a turn back.
Progression
Given that the sweeper only has 3 touches, players should sit off the first 2 touches and on the 3rd touch look to press up and squeeze the opposition back.
