Organization
- 20 x 30 Square
- Players play 4v4 (2-1-1)
- Spare team has one player on each side of the square
Activity
- 4v4 with bounce players and targets
- The attacking teams looks to go from one end to the other and play in to the target player
- If the defenders win it they attempt to attack the opposite way and play in to the opposite end target
- Outside players on the sides have 2 touches, if they exceed then the ball goes to the other team.
- If a team scores a point they rceive the ball again to attack the opposite direction
- Switch the teams in the centre every few minutes

Organization
- 20 x 30 split in half to make two 20 x 15
- All balls start at one end of the
- 6 Players per area
Activity
- The play starts with a passer stationed at the balls, 2v1 in the first area, a defender on the middle line and an attacker in teh 2nd area.
- The passer plays the ball in and then joins to make 3v1
- The players must make 3 passes minimum before looking to go in to the player in the opposite box
- Once the ball has gone in to teh opposite box 2 of the three players must then go and support the ball
- The defender on the middle line will close down in the 2nd box and the defender from the first box will move on to the centre line
- The players will then attempt to repeat the process in the in the opposite direction
- If the defenders win the ball they ahve to dribble out of the box
- Once the ball is out of the box the game will start again from the pile of balls.

4v2 + 4v2
Set Up:
Play sideline to sideline , 30 yards wide with cones splitting into two zone.
Instructions:
Coach plays a ball to either zone. Back players look to play front players in other zone who can score.
Progressions:
If needed drop one defender off and put them in goal to find more success building out.
As soon as front players gain possession play a new ball in to back players.
Unconditioned game of 6v6 (2-3-1)

- 6v6 space dependent and attempt to display their learning from the session. Coaches should look to coach the individual only and should not stop the game to do so.

Organization
- 20 x 20 area
- 15/20 cones dropped within the area
- Each player has a ball each
Actvity
- Players dribble around the area and look to avoid eachother and cones
- Coach gives players a skill to perform when hitting the cone followed by an acceleration
- In between each skill the players leave the balls for a minute and work on a ceratin movement i.e jumps, hops, skips etc
