It is only the players in the middle who can defend

2 maximum ball touches

When a player loses the ball or if the player leaves the playing area, the other team must cross the defensive line to score a point.

Possession 2 (20 mins)

For this game in order to maintain the possession of the ball, draw a square of 35/40 meters of side for a 6 against 6.

Position two target players for each team in the corners of the square.

In this way, the team in possession of the ball finds itself in numerical superiority (6 against 4).

Target players move half-way on both sides to be seen by the partners but without entering the game area.

PROGRESSION 1 - See and be seen in the intervals in order to score, target players must be reached in a round trip by following two rules: - to force the players to play only on the ground and limiting the players to 2 keys maximum.

PROGRESSION 2 - Alternate short game and long game The players mark a point as in Progression 1. However, to join the targets in round-trip players have two options: - Attack the target player only in 1 key - join the target player on a long pass (more than 20 meters)

Possession and Transition (20 mins)

To work the transition attack but also the conservation of the ball without sense of play.

The two opposing teams do not have the same goal to score a point. 12 players with 16 players

Instructions: A team must keep and carry the ball through a door.

The gates are randomly placed in the play area.

The other team must collect the ball in one of the 4 to 8 mini-goals located on the sides of the play area (depending on the number of players on Increases or not the number of mini-goals and the playing space)

Number of sequences: 2 to 4 Sequence time: 6 to 12 minutes

Change attack modalities to each sequence (reverse role)

Goal: For the Greens: to cross the ball in a door by a pass

For the reds: score for a goal Rules: The ball must pass through a door by a ball on the ground only 3 balls maximum for white Forbidden to attack twice consecutively the same door Long game is allowed corrections

The team recovering the ball must take advantage of the fact that the team that loses the ball is not organized to defend the goals, so it is necessary to get into the open spaces as quickly as possible before the opponent can organize in defence. If they take too long, it will be difficult to score in a mini goal.

SPEED AND PRESSURE IS ESSENTIAL

Game of Parma (20 mins)

Game of Parma 12 to 16 players 6 red doors and 6 green doors of 3 to 4 meters wide to be arranged randomly in the playing space.

To score a point, players must pass the ball through a gate by a pass.

For the point to be validated, the player receiving the pass must master the ball.

Be careful, the red team must make the ball pass through one of the six red doors and they must defend the 6 green doors, it is the opposite for the players of the green team.

Limit players to maximum 3 balls to force players to move constantly, impose the rule of the pass on the ground when the ball is to pass through the door.

Two remarks are to be taken into account, firstly the doors must not be less than two meters, otherwise a single player can block a door, it is not the goal to defend a door at least two to encourage defensive races.

Secondly, the larger the space the greater the energy expenditure will be therefore an endurance work capacity.

Number of players: 12 to 16 Space: 60 x 45 Number of sequences: 1 to 2 Duration: 15 to 25 minutes Goal: Performing a pass through a door

Finishing (20 mins)

The 6 supporting players are positioned around the field, they play in 1 or 2 touch with the team that has the ball. Inside the field there is an opposition between 2 teams of 3 players. Each player is individually marked, plus they have only 2 balls. The rule of the 2 keys will force the supports to be mobile on the sides and even inside the ground in order to stand out in finishing zone.

Rules:

In the field, there is a 3 against 3 with individual marking

The supporting players outside the field in 1 key as on the diagram

Support players are not to be tackled

The support players cannot mark players

2 touches of balls in the field

Variations: Aim for external support; Goal only in offensive zone; Ball on the ground only ...

Déséquilibre et Finition (20 mins)

Imbalance and Finishing 3 teams of 6 players + 2 goalkeepers.

Pitch with central corridor. Space: 60 width x 50 to 60 depth Number of sequences: 2 to 4

Sequence time: 8 to 12 minutes Goal: To mark Rules:

The team in possession of the ball is organized in 4 - 2 (4 midfields and 2 attackers)

The teams in the defensive phase are organized in 4 - 1 (4 defenders and 1 middle), the 6th player is waiting on one side

The defending team must find their partner in the middle zone after recovering the ball The player in the middle zone is unassailable

If the team in the possession phase takes the ball out of the play area or fails to prevent the opponent from finding the player in the middle zone, then he becomes a defender.

While the team that defended initially takes the place in the middle to attack the 3rd team

If the team in possession phase marks, it will attack the 3rd team (on the blue drawing)

Offside in the opposing camp The team in possession of the ball is 6 to 5, it is organized with 2 central midfielders, 2 midfielders and 2 attackers to attack a team.

If the attackers, so the team in possession phase mark, it will attack the other team that was still waiting in numerical superiority. On the other hand, if the defenders recover the ball and they manage to find their partner in the median zone, the roles change.

That is to say that it will be up to them to pass in the middle to attack the waiting team.

Possession (20 mins)

Possession search of the 3rd

Rondo in 3 + 1 + 3 x 3, 10 players.

3 teams and the 10th player will be a joker.

Surface 32 meters deep and 15 meters wide. Divide the rectangle in 2 to have 2 rectangles 16 meters deep. Two teams are placed in a rectangle while the 3rd team must recover the ball. The joker is placed on the line separating the 2 rectangles.

2 teams + one joker keep the ball in front of a team.

The players of the same team are placed in the same rectangle while the team in defensive phase must recover the ball in numerical inferiority (4 against 3).

As soon as the defensive team recovers the ball, it takes the place of the team that has just lost it (change of status).

To find the team in the other rectangle, we must find the joker (in orange) who must give to the same team who just gave him the ball (search of the 3rd man facing the game). It is from this situation that the team in possession of the ball can play with the team of the rectangle next to it.

Players are limited to 2/3 maximum ball touches.

In addition, ground clearance is mandatory.

OFFENSIVE APPEARANCE

- Search for the 3rd man: the idea is to find a distant player and then find a recessed player called the 3rd man. Playing towards the distant player is first and foremost a way of taking less risk in case of loss of the ball.

The advantage of this 3rd man is double because in addition to being facing the game, he is also free of any marking (offensive organization).

- Possession of the ball: Before finding the 3rd man, the team must multiply the short passes while waiting to open angles of passes to find the distant player (organization offensive).

DEFENSIVE ASPECT

- Pressing to the loss of the ball: As soon as the team loses the ball, it must act and not react so as to prevent the opponent from emerging from the defensive density (defensive transition).
