Coach calls out a letter and the players perform a 1 2.
Player runs at the 1st goal on the 18 yd line and must attempt to dribble past the 1st goalkeeper and through the goal and then past the GK in the main goal to score a goal.
Progressions
Can GK in main goal command the other GK as if they were a defender
Only allow 6 seconds to get past the 1st GK and 6 seconds to get past the 2nd GK
Once the front player touches the ball, after 3 seconds the 2nd player can chase acting as a recovering defender

Key Factors
Explosion from the line to the cones/gate
Low position with hands to the side with palms facing out
Slide on left hand side for left sided ball and right hand side for right sided ball
Head should be behind the ball.
Top hand should be on the ball with the arm protecting the players head
Organisation
Set up two cones about 12 yds from the line.
Place a ball 6 yds in front of the cones offset to the left
Place another ball a further 6 yds in front but offset to the right
The goalkeeper needs to sprint out to the cones/gate and move into a low position with hands touching the cones.
The player should then sprint and slide onto the first ball.
The player then needs to quickly get up and sprint and slide onto the second ball.
The goalkeeper needs to slide on their left hand side for the left sided ball and slide on their right hand side for the right sided ball.
Need to ensure that the goalkeepers head in beneath the ball and their top arm is in a position to protect them.
