- 6v6+2 or whatever number make sense with your group, you may add or subtract neutrals as needed to make easier or more difficult
- One ball while playing, diagram just shows different ways of scoring
- Teams score by dribbling or passing through gate to their teammate
- Scoring can be adjusted to bring out objectives of the session: 1pt for dribbling through gate, 3pts for passing through, or even pts for both
*move ball until scoring chance is available
*play out of pressure and look to switch ball to open goals for easy scoring chances
*get head up to improve vision and open the field
*teams should make field big when in possession and make it small or compact when defending together in numbers
*encourage movement off the ball and communication
