THE SESSION: 3v3+3 freemen
The purpose is to bring a ball from one end to the other by passing.
Team in possession can use the 3 freemen.
The freemen can only stay in their own area.
PROGRESSIONS:
Not using a freeman on the side.
KEY MESSAGES/POINTS:
By setting a pitch in a particular area (Defensive/Attacking 1/3 or middle 1/3), players can easily link with the realistic situations.

THE SESSION: 4v4+Freeman
Players stays their own area and the freeman tries to stay in the middle.
PROGRESSIONS:
If there is a opportunity, Red team can dribble out from the red line to score the red goal.
At the same time another Red player and 2 Blue player can go out to make 2v2 situation.
The same applies to Blue team.
KEY MESSAGES/POINTS:
Depending the position, all payers must understand their roles.
Also, all player must look for & try to create an opportunity to go for a goal.
The players must understand when to attack and when not to attack.
