Intervals:
4 games of 2 minutes + 1 min rest betwee = 12 min
Setup:
2 teams of 7 (or 8)
2 side by side 15x15 grids with counter attack goals behind endline
Activity:
Team in possession tries to complete 10 passes for a goal.
If defending team wins ball they can score in counter attack goal.
Add up score over 4 rounds for a total score.

4 min work + 1 minute rest x 3 reps = 15 min
Setup:
Two 30x30 grids setup as shown
Two teams of 7 (#'s 2,3,4,5,6,8,10)
Activity:
Team in possession scores by getting ball from wide area to wide area. Defense sends in 4 defenders to pressure and win ball back. If defenders win ball, they try to transfer back to their grid.
Coaching Points:
~Receiving far foot to face the field
~2/3 create width, 4/5 create depth, 8/10 create length
~Look use skip passes ("look long to see short")

40x40 grid in midfield
2 teams of 5 + 4 neutrals as shown
Activity:
Team in possession tries to score by getting ball to #9. Can use neutrals to keep possession.
Coaching Points:
~Movement of 6: deep and opposite of ball
~Movement of 8/10: high and central if ball on far side; medium and wide if ball on same side
~Body shape: face the direction you want to play

Setup:
3/4 field setup as shown with gates for attacking team.
8 attackers vs. 6 defenders
Activity:
Attackers score by dribbling through a gate.
Defenders score in big goal.
Ball starting positions: throw-in, free kick, GK, with defending team
*If too easy for attackers, require 8 or 10 to step off when team loses possession.
Coaching Points:
~2/3 try to get in front of defending winger
~4/5 drop off to provide support
~8/10 create length and try to break lines when receiving pass
